Brock Crosby serves as the executive director at Escalante at Draper. He comes to Escalante at Draper with 15 years of experience in the senior living industry. Initially starting off as a dietary aide, Brock worked his way up and has spent the last five years as an executive director. He received his master’s degree in health care administration and hopes to become a regional director of Operations one day.

Outside of work, Brock enjoys hiking, fitness and hosting dinner parties. 

Shaunna Tuttle joins Escalante at Draper as the director of Sales and Marketing with eight years of experience in the senior living industry. Shaunna began her career in senior living as a certified nursing assistant, where she developed a passion for helping seniors. She adores watching residents enjoy social interactions, wonderful meals and fun activities. The smiles on their faces make her day!

In her free time, Shaunna loves being with her children and grandchildren. She enjoys board games, camping, interior design, thrift shopping, baking and road trips.

Taunia Southworth serves as the Vibrant Life^® director for Escalante at Draper. She joins the team with over a decade of experience in the senior living industry. Taunia graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and print media journalism. Taunia has worked on Vibrant Life^® activities for the past eight years, and she is passionate about planning fun events for residents. One of her favorite parts about working in senior living is creating meaningful connections with the residents and their families.  

Suzanne Ellison serves as the Business Office director at Escalante at Draper. She joins the team with over two decades of experience as a human resources professional in the health care industry. She received her B.A. degree in human resources from the University of Phoenix. Suzanne is skilled in recruiting and staffing and has experience working in senior living.  

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, fishing and spending time on the Oregon coast with her family.  

Lupe Valdivia is the Culinary Services director at Escalante at Draper, and she has almost two decades of experience in the culinary industry. Lupe has a passion for catering to residents’ needs and providing them with the best dining experience. She feels honored to serve each of our residents and getting to know each of them personally.  

Outside of work, Lupe enjoys spending quality time with her two sons.
